ISRO Moon Charting Activity at Vedant International School
In collaboration with ISRO, Vedant International School conducted an exciting Moon Charting activity, where students were given the opportunity to learn about the phases of the moon through creative drawing exercises. Armed with pencils and guided by their teachers, the students created detailed sketches of the moon, attempting to replicate its natural appearance.
The activity not only fostered artistic skills, such as shading and drawing, but it also introduced students to basic astronomy, sparking their curiosity about space and the celestial bodies. ISRO’s involvement added a layer of excitement, as students felt like they were part of a bigger mission to understand the mysteries of space. The fun-filled session left students with a deeper appreciation for both art and science.
